Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures at all times
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout service
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and proper storage of ingredients
• Support teammates during high-volume periods and help maintain service pace
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment before, during, and after shifts
• Follow direction from kitchen leadership and adapt to changing priorities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work with consistency and care
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen tasks
