What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area throughout all shifts.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor food quality and communicate any issues with ingredients, equipment, or orders promptly.
• Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and labeling food products as needed.
• Support opening, closing, and shift preparation duties in accordance with kitchen standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant or high-volume kitchen preferred, but not always required.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
