World of Beer Dishwasher Standards

  • Responsible excellent cleaning and sanitation for the back of house.
  • Must always maintain focus on safety, sanitation and cleanliness of their work stations
  • Must be able to work as a positive member of the WOB Team
  • Works with a sense of urgency and energy

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Wash, scrub, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines.
  • Organize and stack clean dishes properly.
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • While not a requirement, an ideal candidate some restaurant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Possess strong teamwork skills.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Work Requirements

  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, push and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • All BOH Manager and hourly positions might include the ability to withstand frequent exposure to high and low temperatures, smoke, and steam. There is also frequent contact with sanitary latex gloves, sanitation solutions, all food products to include, but not limited to: meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, dairy and produce items.
  • Must frequently immerse hands in soap, cleaning chemicals and water.
  • Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.

Pay Type: Hourly wage
